To facilitate payment for needed dental services, we:

• Work with patients to create treatment plans that meet their needs as well as offer a mix of financing options.
• Adopt transparent billing and discuss in advance with patients, the estimated cost of treatment, the deductibles, copayments, and other out-of-pocket costs they can expect to make.
• Accepts cash, major credit and debit cards.

Credit Cards: Pay for services using Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or other major credit card with peace of mind, knowing that we take necessary precaution to protect your information. Payment can be made over the phone or be sent by mail.

Dental Insurance:

• We accept most dental insurance plans including VA Smiles for Children
• Assist patients to verify covered services, applicable copays and deductibles, and obtain prior authorization where necessary; click here for a list of insurance plans.
• Note that most plans cover only a portion of the total bill; patients are ultimately responsible for ensuring full payment for services received.
• Deductibles and copays are due on the day of service.
• Remember to bring along your insurance card and picture ID to your appointment.

3rd Party Financing: 

• We understand that money can create barriers to seeking dental care. Unfortunately, delayed treatment often worsens on-going dental problems, making them more difficult and expensive to treat.
• Paying for services through Care Credit may be an option in such instances – our staff assist patients to process applications and take advantage of this financing option.

In-house Discounts: 

•  No insurance and still worried about how you will pay for needed services? Rest easy, we’ve got you covered.
